Mowing Services
Mowing is the grass roots of our business. Snodgrass Lawn Service has been serving Garden City since 1989. We have seen many businesses come and go, and we feel that we owe our very existence to this service that we provide to our customers. Most accounts are what we consider full service, where we take over all the lawn care needs from sprinkler repair, fertilizing, spraying, aerating, and trimming shrubs to cleaning the gutters. Most of our lawn maintenance (mowing) is done on a weekly schedule. You grow it! We can mow it.
Our basic weekly lawn maintenance includes:
- Mowing (side discharge, mulched or bagged plus disposal)
- Trimming (string trim around property, sidewalks, etc.) Edging along driveways and sidewalks is also available upon request.
- Blowing (Blow grass off of sidewalks, driveways, patios, etc.)
- Trash (picking up trash, tree limbs, or doing storm cleanup if needed)
Proper mowing for a great-looking, healthy lawn.
We change the direction of our cutting pattern weekly, which reduces soil compaction and gives your lawn a great curb appeal. We follow the 1/3 rule, which is not to cut more than 1/3 of your grass top growth per mowing to reduce turf stress. Our mowers get inspected nightly to ensure that the decks are clean, and the blades are sharpened or replaced.
We are very picky about the way our customer's lawns are treated. Snodgrass Lawn Service takes pride in the service that we provide as well as the community we serve.
